1. Introduction

Atalink (“We”, “Company”, “Our”) is concerned with the child protection policy, which describes how Atalink will ensure compliance with child safety standards and prevent child abuse

2. Child Protection Policy

• People under 18 years old will not be considered as Atalink users. The use of Atalink Application would be considered misuse of Atalink service and Atalink is not responsible for any consequence of such access
• In addition, Atalink will take some measures to verify users by asking users to provide citizen apartments, passports or card visit, etc. If Atalink becomes aware that there are users under 18 years old using the application, we will take steps to delete information and terminate that account
• Atalink’s child protection policy includes limiting management rights to enter sensitive content, prohibiting certain advertisements and removing content depicting child abuse (CSAM), complying with child safety standards and preventing child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE)
